How long does shipping take?
Shipping times can vary depending on the product and your supplier.

Which countries do you deliver to?
We provide worldwide delivery using UPS, FedEx, or DHL. However, we cannot ship to Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine due to the ongoing war.

The total shipping cost consists of a base fee (economy or express) + an additional charge per item, which varies based on the item's category.

What happens if my order is damaged during shipping?

Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?

Return Conditions: All returns must be in perfect original condition, including any original attachments such as tags, boxes, or dustbags, along with the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the products have been worn, washed, or have any traces of use.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes, we can exchange items. Please contact our customer support team to initiate an exchange.You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Product Information and Ordering:
How can I check the status of my order?
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Copy the tracking number and search for it on the selected carriers website.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel or modify my order?

I haven't received my order. What should I do?
First, you should contact your neighbors as sometimes a package is received by a neighbor when the recipient is not at home. In case they haven’t received the parcel, please, contact our support team, and we’ll contact the courier to investigate the case further.
What to do in case a wrong/damaged item was delivered?
In case a damaged or wrong product was delivered, the end-customer is required to submit a return request, and attach photos clearly showing the tag, the item itself, and its defect within 14 days after delivery. We will send a return label and refund the order once received back.
What happens if I am absent at the time of delivery?
With FedEx, UPS, and DHL, depending on the service chosen, the courier will try 2-3 times to deliver or take the products to a collection point where the recipient can pick up the order.
All couriers, in case of non-delivery, leave a notice for the recipient with instructions on how to proceed to collect the package. In case an order is not picked up, the item is returned to us and we deduct money from the refund.
Are your products authentic?
The products sold on GlamHub are all 100% original and have been purchased directly by our supplier from the brands, licensees, or official distributors. We personally verify the authenticity and provenance of each product and each product comes with the original tag attached.

Our Droppingshing suppliers proudly operate multiple warehouses around the globe, including locations in Sweden (Jönköping and Stockholm), Italy (Milan, Giuseppe, Beati, Genova, Florence, Modena), Australia (Sydney), Germany (Salzburg), and the USA (Florida and Minnesota).
